Product performance
Lightweight Bodies
The refrigerated truck boxes are made up of new composite materials and weight is 30~40% lighter than the traditional truck box. It may save more transportation costs.
High Strength, ageing resistant
Each main body (wall, floor, or roof) is a one-piece, precisely dimensioned panel. The surface of the panel is very smooth and shiny without any seams. It also has excellent chemical stability to rain, acid, and dust, and has extremely high resistance to flame retardancy and UV radiation.
Thermal Insulation
The connection between the body panels adopts aluminum alloy corner wrapping, sealing strips, sealant and high-strength glue to maintain waterproof performance.
Long Service Life
The service life of refrigerated truck boxes produced according to our truck box design solution is usually more than 10 to 15 years.
