FRP Honeycomb Sandwich Composite Panel is manufactured by bonding FRP skins to a PP (polypropylene) honeycomb core using structural adhesives and specialized pressing equipment. The result is a lightweight yet heavy-duty panel with excellent rigidity, waterproof and corrosion-proof durability, designed for demanding flooring and platform applications in RVs and commercial vehicles.
