This truck FRP sheet is reinforced with chopped strand mat (CSM) on the gelcoat side for excellent flatness and appearance, and woven roving on the reverse side for high mechanical strength. The surface is sealed with a durable gelcoat layer, delivering strong UV and weather resistance. The woven roving back provides better bonding and load transfer when laminating to core materials, making it ideal for truck body panels and sandwich composite production.

Product Description
This laminate combines two reinforcements with different functions: CSM on the gelcoat side improves flatness and surface uniformity, while woven roving on the reverse side provides higher tensile and flexural strength with multi-direction reinforcement. The gelcoat surface improves UV and weather stability, while the roving back enhances adhesion to core materials, making the sheet suitable for resin glue bonding and polyurethane injection processes in sandwich panel manufacturing
