1.2 mm Stainless Steel + 3.0 mm Plywood + XPS Core (20 mm ) + 1.5 mm FRP
FRP PET Sandwich Composite Panel is manufactured by bonding stainless steel, plywood, XPS insulation core, and FRP with two-component structural adhesive (PU/epoxy) using specialized pressing equipment. It delivers excellent flatness, reliable strength, and long-term durability—ideal for high-end RV and special-purpose vehicle body panels where hygiene, insulation, and appearance matter.
Why Choose This Panel
◊Stainless steel surface: smooth, hard, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, no painting required
◊Strong thermal insulation: XPS core supports heat retention and stable compartment temperature
◊Reliable multi-layer strength: Plywood layer improves rigidity and screw-holding performance (project-dependent)
◊Excellent flatness: suitable for large-area vehicle panels and clean exterior appearance
◊Built for harsh duty: moisture-resistant structure with good aging performance for outdoor use
Typical Applications
◊Catering / food trucks: oil-stain resistance, frequent wash-down, temperature-stable storage areas
◊Mobile toilets: moisture-proof, durable for outdoor environments
◊Ice cream / cold-chain vehicles: enhanced insulation to maintain low-temperature zone
◊Premium RV insulated panels: wall/partition panels requiring both appearance and insulation

Product Description
This composite panel consists of three functional layers:
· 1.2 mm stainless steel as the hygienic, corrosion-resistant surface layer
· 3.0 mm plywood as the structural support layer
· XPS insulation core (20 mm typical, selectable) for thermal insulation and heat retention
· 1.5 mm FRP as the inner durable liner layer
Produced through controlled bonding and curing, the panel ensures reliable integration between layers, combining flatness, insulation performance, and long service life for demanding vehicle applications.
